Oprah Winfrey plans to host a new show with a tentative debut in 2011, Reuters reported. The show, Oprah’s Next Chapter, will take Winfrey to countries such as China, India and others.
The U.S. Census Bureau is worried that several issues will stall the completion of the 2010 census, the AP reported on Yahoo News. Situations such as mass identity theft, lawsuits and unwilling participants may halt progress.
Raves:
NPR reported that bones of two 2-million-year-old creatures were discovered outside of Johannesburg, South Africa. The creatures may be ancestors to early humans.
The rules of the classic board game Scrabble have changed for the first time in history, according to BBC. Proper nouns — including people, place, company and brand names — are now allowed.
