DESPERATELY SEEKING WITNESS.
July 3, 2006, something happened on #31 Metro bus traveling north on 25th Avenue NE. At a stop near the U-Village, a woman with a huge shopping cart got on aided by the bus lift. Entering the bus, she announced, "I'm only going one stop." This further annoyed the unpleasant driver. The problem occurred after she disembarked. It has caused me suffering, loss of income and ongoing expense.
I remember vividly who was near me on the bench style seat behind the behind the driver. Also, I remember the reaction of everyone when it happened, especially the kindness. This driver has had over 100 complaints, according to verified documentation, prior to my personal experience.
I need other passengers who remember what happened to come forward. Perhaps a summer term student in '06. This is an emergency situation.
