April has at long last burst upon us, complete with much-appreciated, if still-too-rare, sun. The combination of spring and Seattle is groovy, if you ask this amateur etymologist. I should thank my friend Kevin Mosher, who incidentally happens to be “groovy,” for suggesting that we look into this word.
