A man in Vancouver, British Columbia, was arrested for drunk driving after plowing head-on into a police car. Reuters reported that the man was also dressed in a full clown suit.

According to AOL News, a 112-year-old Somali man married his sixth wife, a 17-year-old girl, Tuesday. Ahmed Muhamed Dhore said he would like to have children with his new wife to add to his 114 children and grandchildren. Dhore still has two other living wives, who consented to the marriage.

Raves:

The Associated Press reported that authorities have found an alligator that escaped during a 5-year-old’s show-and-tell attempt. The alligator jumped from the father’s vehicle while they were transporting it to school and was found a day later after in the surrounding woods near the school.

According to Newsday, American runner Meb Keflezighi was the first marathoner to win the New York City Marathon since 1982. Keflezighi, the 2004 Olympic silver medalist, ran it with a time of 2:09:15.
