According to The Associated Press, California first lady Maria Shriver is apologizing after breaking the state’s hands-free cell phone law while driving law.

According to The Boston Globe, the U.S. Secret Service and FBI are investigating vandalism at a golf course. A swastika was carved into the 18th green, right above President Obama’s name.

Raves:

Fox Reality Network, the channel that aired such amazing entertainment as Paradise Hotel, The Search for the Next Elvira, and Idol Extra, announced that it will be going off the air at the end of the year.

According to The Seattle Times, average Washington state eighth-grade math scores rose four points to 289 from 2007.
