In an act of diplomatic retaliation, Serbia has recalled its ambassador to the United States after the U.S. recognized the new state of Kosovo Monday.

RAVES

The fossil of a bowling-ball-sized frog has been unearthed in Madagascar. Scientists named it the Beelzebufo, or the Devil Toad. Charming it was not.
