DePauw University kicked out its Delta Zeta sorority after many members, who were apparently less attractive than others, were ordered to leave during a period of internal struggle over policies and recruitment. Some remaining members are now suing the university and demanding an apology. Is the lawsuit justified?
50 % No. The sorority was wrong in evicting the girls in the first place and should not sue the university.
23 % No. The university acted in the best interest of its students and does not have to apologize for its actions.
