At Caffé Umbria, good coffee runs in the family. Founded by third-generation Emanuele Bizzarri, the coffee house roots itself in Italian hand-roasting, a skill used by Bizzarri's grandfather Ornello and his father Umberto.
Coming full circle, Caffé Umbria, originally the old Torrefazione Italia, which was later sold to Starbucks, and then sold again, is a full-service wholesale coffee roaster.
The café nestles itself between a string of art galleries and design firms and combines great service with delicious food.
Sit outside on the cobblestone or inside the warmly lit room and enjoy the terrific blends of espressos and the nice selection of pastries, panini, gelato or Italian beer and wines. Whether you come in for a quick shot of espresso or just to watch Italian television and futbol, Caffé Umbria offers a quaint Italian experience.
